Ideal for spreading on toasted bread and for cooking as well, with fine food. This caviar has marine flavor and stronger taste. This product is frozen.

Unless otherwise noted, the products will be delivered in an aluminium foil bag.
Our delicate products requiring a cold storage will be delivered in freezer vehicles or portable freezer devices to ensure the respect of cold chain.
Once defrosted, we recommend to keep in the refrigerator between 0 and 6°C during a period of 20 days at the most.
Before serving it, we recommend to keep in the refrigerator for 5 hours after defrosting. To optimize your tasting, leave the butter at ambient temperature until the butter reached a soft consistency.
We recommend to consume with 48 hours after opening.
